★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! When I had a small flood in my basement, I called Walton Restorations. Jordan worked with me and my insurance agent to have the damage repaired. My basement looks amazing and the workmanship is outstanding. Very knowledgeable team. Will definitely hire them again for any other repairs needed in my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called Jordan and team after a fire occurred at my parents home. The exterior siding was completely gone with damage to windows, bbq and other areas at the side of their home. Within hours of contacting Walton Jordan personally went to their home that evening to assess the damage and had a team there to do an initial clean up that next morning. Jordan handled everything for my parents with the insurance and made all necessary arrangements to have everything cleaned/repaired/replaced. They were amazing.

Jordan, staff and sub-trades went out of their way to repair the damage to my floor and bedroom wall after a flood from the condo unit above me.
I am especially pleased that they were able to obtain the exact match to my existing floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On December 17,2019, I accidentally forgot that I had let the tap run to fill the kitchen sink to wash dishes. I realized this 90 minutes later. I called Walton Restoration around 1:15 a.m and received the 24 hour answering service and they contacted Jordan the owner. Jordan was here within 45 minutes of my call. I was stressed and tired and Jordan was so upbeat despite being awakened after 1 a.m. He set up all the dehumidifiers and fans and explained to me the entire process. He and a staff member were here at 8 a.m the next morning to write up an estimate for the repairs. My insurance provider had their own restoration company. I did not hear from them for a couple of days. I made the request to my insurance adjuster that I wanted Walton Restoration to do the repairs.
At all times, this company kept me in the loop, were efficient, polite, answered all my questions and repairs were perfect. I highly recommend Walton Restoration for any work you require. Quoting Jordan: " It was a pleasure working for you, and (knock on wood) if you ever need us again... I'll be right out (even at 2:00 AM)."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely fortunate to have Walton Restoration recommended to me by the plumber that came to fix a broken drainpipe in my basement. Once the plumbing job was complete, there was a huge mess to be dealt with and that’s where Walton’s stepped in. They had the carpet & drywall removed, boxes packed for storage, basement sanitized, fans and dehumidifier set up to dry out the basement all done within a day. The drywall that was removed was replaced & painted along with the baseboards. New flooring installed and bathroom fixtures re-installed all done within 2 wks. From the first moment I met Jordan, I knew he was the right fit & I knew I had made the right decision once I started to deal with my insurance company. If it were not Jordan, I probably would have settled for a fraction of what the basement repairs cost. If you should ever need restoration services, Walton Restoration is the one & only choice. Jordan, and his staff, are extremely professional, supportive, empathetic, and true masters of their craft. Thank you, Walton Restoration, you made this nightmare bearable.

I was pleased that his team went to work immediately due to the nature of the situation. Frank handled the drywall reconstruction and painting. His attention to detail and checking with me regarding the multi-step process ensured that all would be top quality work. Thank you Frank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walton Restoration came to our new condo when we had a flood due to an unconnected washer drain hose. They were excellent from the clean up/drying to doing the repairs. Our Insurance Company accepted Walton’s estimate without asking for additional estimates. The repairs by Mike were excellent, there is no indication there had ever been a flood. Many Thanks!
