I recently obtained their services for getting permit from city for a legal basement suite. They are very well versed with requirements of the city. I have seen them interact with city inspectors and they have everything on their fingertip. They are very knowledgeable and only have certified people working for them. I would rate them 5 star for providing a very reasonable and economical quote. Their work is superb. Excellent time management skills. Very professional. The best thing about them is their quality of work. Unlike other companies they are always around and provide warranty on their work. They employ ethics in their work and always go over and beyond expectations. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor professionalism. I reached out to Ace Reno to provide a quote for my basement to ultimately test their quality of customer service as contractors. While they initially were professional, shortly after numerous communication and 2 meetings, I let them know my budget was under 5k,
and they immediately became unresponsive. Pretty telling and indicative of future problems for a larger project and bigger build. What they did not know is, I had a job for a retail space with a budget of 100k.
As a business, treat every job as an opportunity and integrate superior customer service on all fronts. Otherwise you ultimately miss out on bigger pipeline.
