QualiGlass Windows & Doors Ltd. began as an Edmonton based window manufacturing company in 1992 with a modest product line of aluminum, wood and metal-clad windows. As our reputation grew our product lines followed to include PVC windows and entrance doors. Since then QualiGlass has been focusing on energy-efficient vinyl window products. We wanted to update our front entrance and allow more light in.
While most companies options were to cut out the entire existing door (including our outdoor siding!) and replace it with ridiculously expensive doors, Rick from Qualiglass came up with a cheaper option.
We simply replaced the door "slab" itself and the sidelights with fibreglass panels and beautiful privacy glass.
A much cheaper and easier option. It looks great and our house is now full of light!
Some minor errors; the hole in the new door slab for the door handle was cut higher by one inch and our interior wall was dented during the operation - No worries, they adjusted the door lock and we're painting anyway!

My wife and I bought an old house over a decade ago, and being a young family have slowly replaced most of our doors and windows using Qualiglass, including a huge front window. Over that whole period, the product has remained excellent (not a single issue) and the installers were always highly professional and courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. I do not recommend this company. We had 4 windows glass replaced in July of 2018. In summer of 2020 one of the windows fogged up. We contacted Chris at Qualiglass and agreed to replace the glass in spring of 2021.
I have emailed Chris photos of fog and frost between pains and contacted Chris in March of 2021. She told me that the glass will be ordered. I had many unanswered emails and many phone calls since with no response. Chris emailed me in about July saying that the weather was too hot to do the work. I have many emails and left phone messages again since with no response.
We have visited Qualiglass on Wednesday, Nov. 3, and talked to Barb. She promised to check with Chris and phone us back. Today is Monday - no response. I was told Chris is the Owner of Qualiglass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been trying to get parts for Qualiglass windows and Doors for 5.5 months. All I have received are stalling tactics or non communication. I did a search on the company at a registry office to let the owner know that they have a problem which was sent registered mail and it turns out that the woman who owns the company was the main person doing the stalling and non communication. Wish that I had read the reviews on this company before purchasing all of my house windows. Buyer beware.
