Material shipping has been very quick and Lindsay followed up to ensure its delivery. When material procurement is as challenging as it can be these days it's nice to have a company standing in your corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Refect Windows responded right away to our call. Provided a clear estimate of the cost. They completed the repair of our window that was not opening or closing properly. Had the evaluation of what was needed and the repair done within a couple of days.
We had called many places and no one wanted to come for a small job. They either said no or did call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order online for some shower door replacement parts and within two days my order was ready to ship, with a caveat: One of the parts had been discontinued, so I received a number of e-mails stating that my order would ship without the discontinued part and that the cost of that part would be refunded. I figured I could use a similar part so I replied to one of the e-mails asking if the similar part was available and to ask that my order not be shipped until we knew for sure.
Concerned that the order might ship before someone processed my request, I placed a phone call to Reflect to explain the situation. I was handed off to Lindsay, the Shipping Manager, who let me know that the other part I wanted was, in fact, in stock. Lindsay was very accommodating, quickly revising my order to add the in-stock part, processing my card over the phone, and making sure that the order would now ship with both parts I needed.
While I have not yet received the shipment, I wanted to leave this review to express my appreciation for their excellent customer service. Cheers to Reflect from a satisfied customer in the USA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent professional service! Ben repaired one of my entry doors connected to an addition on my house which was sagging. He was on time, polite and left the job clean and tidy. My door now operates smoothly and seals tightly which makes the whole house more comfortable and satisfying. I had to pay them to come and provide the estimate which I was not overly happy with, but I asked them to credit it back if I scheduled them for the job. They did that for me and I am very happy I hired them to complete the job. I have also been in to their store to purchase window parts. The manager Kelly is extremely knowledgable and helpful. Be sure to contact REFLECT for all your window and door needs. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Reflect window and door treated my small purchase with care and urgency. They were very honest, letting us know that work was only needed on one of our two exterior doors. Sheldon came to do the work; he was on time, very professional, efficient, and did a great job. I appreciated that they even vacuumed after they were done. Easy booking and billing process. No issues at all. Would highly recommend and use again!

Everything showed up so fast in very protective tubing - I was amazed! Unfortunately, I never asked all the proper questions on the front end and I missed some stuff that I should have ordered. I spoke with Lindsay (shipping manager) and she was so helpful in finding ways to ease the shipping pain and ensure that I had exactly what I needed.
