★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first windshield install had a crack in the glass so they offered to replace the windshield after a few weeks after the epoxy cured. I didn't want to go back after the damage and mess they left after the first install but I had a new windshield on credit so I bit the bullet and went again. The second windshield was poorly installed. Not only did the windshield leak but the damage caused to the interior and exterior of the vehicle during install was unacceptable. I could tell it was a bad install but it was not until I had a different installer remove the windshield that we found the true extent of the damage.
The one good thing I would have to say is the lady I dealt with was nice to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a delightful customer experience at the 51 Ave. location this morning. The day before, I had called to book an appointment for a rock chip repair. Already then, Brenda, who answered my call , was very friendly and helpful, giving me good advice about what to do to make sure the rock chip didn't get worse in this cold weather.. I took the car into the shop this morning and Shawn quickly determined that the chip had already been treated. I then realized that this had been done some months ago but I had forgotten. Shawn wiped my windshield clean to make sure I didn't have any other untreated rock chips. Everything was fine. He didn't charge me anything. What great customer service! Highly recommendable! I'll be sure to come back for any glass work required in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a quote through their website and was emailed a fair enough price the next day, so I emailed back asking to proceed with the order. That's when they ghosted me. I sent a follow up email a week later, and called before their store closed but nobody answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I based a decision to order a replacement glass for my cracked living room winto at Brite-View on the good reviews on here. The price was slightly higher compared to other quotes I received but I was told 2 to 3 weeks lead while others were quoting 3 to 4 weeks.
Somebody came to my house and measured the window. I went to the store on 51 Ave to pay in advance.
Communication afterwards was poor. I had to call for updates on when the glass would.be installed twice. After 3 1/2 weeks we finally had an install scheduled. As I was out of town my wife made arrangements to be home. She told me the installers.arrived on time, had a look at our living room window went, back to their vehicle. After a few minutes one of them returned, stuck his head through the patio door and told her "Sorry, but we have to come back next week"
What?
I called the store and they had no idea what was going on and promised to find out and get back to me. My wife called that somebody returned and measured the window again.
Well as I said communication is poor with these guys. I am still waiting to hear back to find out what's going on and when I get my window repaired.
I based our order on the good reviews they get on Google but with my experience so far, I wonder why they have these good reviews. I paid a higher price compared to other quotes because I thought I get my window repaired quicker and now I am not getting any service and it just about 4 weeks now. I could have saved $120 and had a window repaired with another supplier.
