As a locally owned and operated company we value each and every customer that invites us into their home. When Ridgeline Improvements was started in 2011, it was the goal to provide renovations that meet and exceed clients’ expectations.

We believe that every homeowner deserves exceptional quality, reliable service, and affordable prices when renovating or remodelling their home. In order to provide the experience we feel our clients deserve, we have surrounded ourselves with a team of people who are inline with our beliefs.

If you're contemplating on who to go with for your home renovation---trust me, just go with these guys. From beginning to end, you will receive prompt communications, a weekly update, and material suggestions. You will be serviced. I updated the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. I also required a bunch of repairs in all of the rooms and they did a superior job. They even came up with inexpensive repairs without compromising on quality. Matt quoted the job within two days then met with me again to go through all the details. Lea took half a day to meet with me to choose materials, paint and lights. She was prepared before I arrived. Mark was involved in all the project details. Everything was on time and done with quality. I was honestly waiting for a shoe to drop! The only hiccup was that Amazon lost my package and Mark was delayed on hanging my hallway hooks. Trust me, these are the guys you want to go with!

Matt was great to work with, was very responsive and detail orientated throughout the entire process. He took care of permits and kept me up to date on progress weekly which took a huge amount of stress off while starting a new business. He was also great at working within my budget and everything was completed on time and on budget! The final product was exactly what I had envisioned and I constantly get compliments on my space. Working with Matt and his team was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tenant improvements and a commercial build out!

He said he would send me out a quote within 3 - 4 weeks (I was going back to work and he said he was going to be out of the office for a couple of weeks). I was fine with the timeline as I was awaiting quotes from other contractors. Phoned a couple of times after 4 weeks and he didn't even have the decency to answer or return my calls. If you don't have time for a project then don't waste other peoples time and be a professional and tell them so they can move on and find another contractor for a Quote. Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend these guys just based on the fact they cant be up front and honest and waste other peoples time.
