The remediation process was probably the least stressful thing in the past few months. Everything looks great and back to as it was.

They've help me with a roof issue and water damage issue for which I am very grateful for their immediate attention to both matters to prevent them from becoming major issues. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and did excellent work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time I've had storm damage done to my home to such an extent as this was, and I believe all went as smoothly as could be expected or anticipated. CRCS DKI kept me well in the loop as far as timing that the various tradesmen would be coming by, and they were quite responsive to my e-mail or phone enquiries. Their employees and contracted(?) tradesmen were friendly, courteous, and took care to tidy up after themselves when each had completed their task. I am certainly grateful to them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insurance referred this contractor to come out for inspection/estimates on damages. One week later, they still have not made an appointment with me. They called once mid-afternoon and said "I'll be there in 15 minutes" but I was at work just like a lot of people during the week. Telling me you'll be there in 15 min is not making an appointment. They said they would call me back to make an appointment and never did. I tried calling but couldn't get a hold of anyone for an appointment either.

Even with the difficulties of the pandemic restrictions we were kept updated every step of the way. The team was incredible from project management down to the cleaners, professional and fantastic. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

The office were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Great service, I highly recommend CRCS!

Our house got hit by a tornado and Jordan/Chuck have been diligent in getting our house buttoned up, and helping us through the challenging process. CRCS is very professional and detailed. We are very happy with their service bringing a crane and arborists soon after the storm hit.
