★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady on phone promises heaven and earth and then stops picking her call last minute. If you know you won't do the job, just say it so we can make other arrangements. If you planned to do it and things change, notify us or better still answer the phone and let us know. Very unprofessional and they give other cleaners a bad name.
