★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet peeve a driver that won't move out of the fast lane? Maybe that driver speeds up and slows down so you can't pass when the opportunity finally arises after 23 km's... that is a direct definition of how the representative driving this companies vehicle drove today! Can't give them a 0 star... or I would. Hey "Whitby Carpet Cleaners" when your name is plastered on the side of the vehicle may I suggest that you don't drive like a selfish a$$.
Though there is a group of you out there that drive in a similar manner. perhaps that group should hire them, once the terrible job is completed( see other review) both parties fill your pockets with heavy tools and walk straight into the lake as far as you can go.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fire at our residents and some valuables went missing and when we called to ask about them we were pushed to the side like it didn’t matter. The staff was highly unprofessional, cursing and swearing. The “supervisor” that was on site basically sat in her vehicle and told the staff what to do while she sat on her phone the entire time. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent online requests to 5 cleaners in the Whitby Oshawa area. Only 2 responded one said they were not working at condos during covid. Amanda from Whitby Carpet Cleaners responded quickly and we agreed on a price and a date. The actual cleaners (2 guys) showed up on time, were neat and although I am not an expert in steam cleaning I think did a great job. It was a small job, mattress and furniture (no carpet) but it was great. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water damage clean up was needed in my condo from the unit above flooded,the senior member of the crew was good but the younger members didn't show any care for the extra damage they caused to my unit and condo hallway. Very unprofessional and could tell they had no pride in what they do. . Even after being asked very nicely to use care, they just took a crowbar and damaged parts that were just pointed out not to damage. I'm sure they just wanted to go home as I was the 3rd unit to be done that day and was the last unit so.... not sure how other companies would compare as I'm sure it's the labour force available nowadays vs the wages and experience.
