★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales agent at the time (Ann) was extremely unprofessional and rude. On signing final papers for a new home the sales agent refused to honour a verbal agreement over $500 referral incentive as my parents had just bought one of their homes as well. Got very snarky and rude with us in front of potential buyers in their model home. Builder sided with the sales agent and they refused to sell us the house.
