They treat you like you are valued, explain everything in depth, don't speak down to you and make sure you understand why they're asking to repair certain things. They never proceed on repairs that are unnecessary. I've had nothing but incredible experiences with them, and I feel when I leave that I've been taken care of. Won't go anywhere else.

They even give you a courtesy vehicle while they work on yours. Their pricing is good, and they are upfront about all costs before they do the work. I’ve had a very positive experience.

In my opinion Vehicle maintenance is always expensive, however I found Bettcher's to be very reasonable. I will continue to use Bettcher's for all my maintenance needs and will refer them to my family and friends!

I've had the opportunity to also get to know MJ, Heather and Dean and they are the kind of people that all work together providing a supportive, caring family atmosphere. I have had work done on my tow truck there a few times and can say I was very happy with the results. Bettchers Auto is number 1 in my book because of their ability to treat each customer like a family member while providing an extremely pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The quality and calibre of workmanship is incredible!! I highly recommend their services for ANY repairs you may require whether large or small, Marty and his staff can take care of it all.

I really trust what they tell me and don’t have to worry about them trying to pull a fast one. They also gave me a loaner for the day which is super rare these days. The customer service is fantastic and they really care about their clients.
