Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF)
The Boyd Group supports CREF, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting schools in training students to be qualified, entry-level employees in collision repair and connecting them with career opportunities upon graduation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Insurance Company recommended Boyd autobody & glass. I dropped my vehicle off and was told it would be ready one week later....when I arrived they brought the vehicle out and I could instantly see that the dent on the hood wasn't fixed correctly. Then the front trim was an aftermarket trim that didn't fit....I could put my fingers under it; It was a complete JOKE. They said they did everything they could do; I refused to take the vehicle and told them to fix it. I called my insurance company and they said they would speak with them and have Boyd autobody & glass correct the issues. Another week goes by and I go to pick up my vehicle again and this time they put on the correct trim but the dent was still visible. They just tried to hammer it out from under the hood and completely ruined the new paint. They said I was being unreasonable to expect my vehicle to look like it wasn't in an accident (barn owl flew into the hood). All said and done my insurance sent an appraiser to look at their work; he laughed at the job they had done. Took my vehicle directly up the road and they corrected the garbage work of Boyd autobody & glass. Also I was missing my engine cover from Boyd autobody & glass. THX Boyd autobody & glass YOU'RE THE WORST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was driving by and had just had my vehicle in for some repairs at my auto repair shop, so a very lovely receptionist handled both of my questions. l.) leather repair on drivers seat, and 2.) fixing my attempt at a paint touch up. Both were addressed in the most courteous and understanding manner with a referral to a vinyl touch up company that can come to my home, and the manager was able to use an all-purpose cleaner to simply wipe away my paint attempt and what appeared to be some tar on my side front fender, that I had mistaken for a chip, and had painted over We were all set and with a laugh and a handshake to say how glad I was that I had dropped by and how much I appreciated the service, I was on my way. I've enjoyed posting this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is a waste of time. I was very clear the fix was going to be done personally and just needed two used doors painted. I was emailed an estimate for nearly $5700, which they said could go as high as $7000!!!!! I went to get another estimate done and it was $2600. Boyd south didn't even bother to look at the estimated value of my car prior to sending me an estimate. Overall feel like I wasted my time even considering these guys. Don't waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my car in after someone rear ended me. Boyd had my estimate done very fast and had no issues working with my insurance company. I was put to the front of the line because insurance repair work is high priority and my car was fixed within 4 days time!! I was very satisfied with their work, paint was done perfectly and quality of the repair was amazing. Serivce was freindly and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service here is unreal. Aaron did a fabulous job by keeping me updated and validating my concerns with my car. Sandra (I believe that was her name) the receptionist was super pleasant and helpful. John (the gentleman that took care of my vehicle) was patient and answered all my questions. I really appreciate that they do a manager's test once the vehicle is ready to make sure they are 100 percent confident the vehicle is ready to go home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used Boyd five times in the last ten years for collision repairs, and I wouldn’t ever trust my car to any other repair shop in town! With Boyd, I have peace of mind because I know that their repair work will be outstanding and return my vehicle to good as new condition. The customer service of this location has always been exceptional as the staff are all very friendly, courteous, and professional, providing service that goes above and beyond expectations every single visit. Overall, I’d recommend Boyd to everyone as they do an excellent repair job and are great at helping reduce the stress and hassles related to repairing your car after an accident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind people with excellent customer service. My car started making a lot of noise as I was driving, so I pulled into the nearest parking lot which happened to be Boyd Autobody & Glass. It was near closing time, but they kindly brought my car into their shop and determined the noise was simply caused by compact ice stuck around the wheels. They cleaned the ice, completed a short test drive, and sent me on my way free of charge! Thank you so much Boyd Autobody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had windshield replaced. Had other quotes and their's was $40 cheaper than other places. Always good service there. Also Had body work done there after an accident and paint match was awesome considering my car was 15 years old at the time. I won't go anywhere else.
