★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Corporately, we have dealt with Monarch Ins. for sometime so when time came to move to Alberta from BC and register/insure my vehicles here, it was a no-brainer to use Monarch as my personal broker as well. Kristina Smart was professional, responsive and tremendously helpful in assisting me with navigating my new provincial insurance, registration, policies and processes. She procured the best possible rates and found bundling options to best-fit my multi vehicle policy while saving me thousands of dollars over-all in comparison to rates from other brokers and insurers. I couldn't be more satisfied with Kristina and the team at Monarch. The difference between provinces was astounding and without they're guidance, I would have been lost and my wallet much lighter. Highly recommend Monarch for personal and commercial insurance to everyone, you won't find better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previous broker was very reliable and professional. He pass our account to the new broker. Very rude and disrespectful. I am going to change them for another company. The lack of respect makes me not wanted to come back ever. Even if they give better rates I wont chose them.in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be completely honest, I was shocked when I clicked on this page and didn't see 5 stars... I've been with a few different brokers over the last 10 years, including owning/directing companies with fleets of trucks.
I can honestly say that Blair Riddel, working on behalf of Monarch, is the most upfront, responsive and dedicated broker I have ever came across. I switched over due to better rates and continued with Monarch now over the last 3 years. Not once in this entire time did it take their office longer than 12hrs to respond to any single request or comment. Even looking through the negative reviews I can see they address every issue without hesitation. It took Monarch less time to respond to my last request than it took for me to write this review. Best broker firm you will find, guaranteed. 5/5 Stars.

We have dealt with a few brokers from Monarch along the way, and have never been disappointed with any of them. Judi Fahey is no exception! My husband and I are in the process of buying our first house and without hesitation, we contacted Judi knowing that we would get the best price along with that great customer service. AND WE DID!! I am a Senior Broker with World Financial Group and I have sent many clients to Kristina Smart over the last 4-5 years and have heard nothing but positive reviews from my clients. Further my sweetheart and I have been dealing with Kristina for our personal auto insurance, and recently our Home insurance without new home purchase, and while in an extreme time crunch with our purchase, Kristina has been working extensively to get us what we need with extreme time sensitivity and pulled through! Today she has been helping me with Event insurance and is always a delight to deal with. Thankyou Kristina!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended by the underwriters to contact monarch and after taking to broker, they wouldn't sell me personal insurance told me I'm commercial cause I work in the trades...was quoted $9000, and I got same coverage elsewhere for $4700... sales lady and staff was worst I have dealt with...call anyone but these guys and life is good
