They are really good at preparing resources and comparison charts for managers to make informed decisions and selecting benefit providers that are appropriate for their client's industry and operations. We recently switched providers and went through the painful process of setting up all our employees in a new system; however, thanks to technology and the assistance of the whole team at HFI, preparing and reviewing all the data was manageable and pretty accurate.
