★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were surveying my neighbors house and they needed measurements from my backyard and instead of asking for permission they decided to trespass. When I asked them if they had permission to go into my backyard they said no and kept walking.

The phone call was efficient and friendly.
The surveyors that came out were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I was pleasantly surprised.
