★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY!!! Specially from BROKER HARPREET MEHTA i wish there was a zero star. I can not even explain how rude the broker is Harpreet Mehta. Someone called me from there about my insurance saying that there is a payment that needs to be done or else they will cancel i called right away and wanted to pay he is saying to me that he needs to call head office i cant not make a payment. This company was izmirli insurance before and when they sold the company to realiant i am always having problems. So when i was talking to Harpreet i told him that i want to speak with someone else he goes you dont understand my language and tells me there is no one else to talk to and hangs up on me. What kind of customer service is this and what kind of broker hangs up on a customer PLEASE EVERYONE TAKE YOUR BUSSINESs SOMEWHERE ELSE. This people are not worth your money.

My broker Mr. Harpreet Mehta is quick, professional and responsive. Anytime I want to make a change with my policy or ask a question he is always there to help me. Unlike my previous broker from my last company who was slow to respond to me and talked to me with attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called twice each time went straight to voicemail. I was going to sign up with them but guess competitions will get my money instead. If a company wants customers they should at least have the decency to pick up especially at 3 pm. No one takes a lunch at 3.
