Nobody cares about customer over there . Lady at desk clicked my passport size photo in morning and told me to come in evening. When i went there in evening they didn’t print that yet. That lady was rude also

Prints turned out great, however taking a star off since it took a while for an associate to show up at the photo desk.

Updated kiosks, easy to use, photos in minutes. Now you can order online and pick up your photos next day. Very easy.

I got my passport photo done here when the person who took the photo also stamped the back of my photo they put the photo in the envelope right away which caused the stamp to smug. I did all the paperwork for my passport had the guarantor sign my photo when I went to the passport office to hand everything in they wouldn't accept the photo because the stamp on the back of the photo was smudged I had to go the place a few doors down from the passport office and redo my photos. I do not recommend getting your passport photo done by Walmart also the quality of the passport photo is not good compared to the place a few doors down from the passport office.

If I could give this photo center 0 stars I would!! I am beyond frustrated. I have ordered multiple things from here and there is an issue everytime. Beginning with not being able to find my orders, to having orders not ready even though I got a "Ready For PickUp" email and having them say they'll call me when it's ready and they NEVER do, to trying to call them countless times with no answer, I have had ENOUGH with this center. The only reason I went back more than once is because it is walking distance from my house but this is the last straw. I ordered a 12x12 canvas and got the ready for pickup email yesterday. I drove there and waited 25 minutes to be helped because the employee took that long to find the person in front of me's order. I waited all that time to have them say that even though I got the email, it's not ready yet and they will call me when it's ready (second time this happened to me and they didn't call the last time). I called them this morning to find out the status 10 times, and then I tried customer service multiple times, as well as the electronic department and nobody answers me. It is not a far distance from my house so I can go check but I am trying to limit my trips to stores with COVID. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be ordering to Quarry Edge from now on, I have NEVER had an issue with them.

I ordered next day 4x6 prints, 6x8 Christmas cards, and 4x6 magnets. Online, it said it would be available after 11am next day, but I didn't get a pickup confirmation email until much later in the day, so I was forced to go the following day instead (2 days later). When I arrived, the 6x8 cards were all missing envelopes and they said they had run out. I had paid extra for the card and envelope combo. The express card was printed on photo paper and it wasn't worth the price difference for the missing envelopes. The associate recommended that I go to the stationary department for envelopes... That wasn't possible due to the awkward size. They called the Argentia location in Mississauga and placed 40 6x8 envelopes on hold for me. Also, the magnets were not available since they had run out, but my pickup confirmation said it was completed. The print quality was absolute garbage. I am a photographer and I made sure to upload in print quality and high resolution and I was horrified. My 4x6 matte prints were on glossy paper. Someone had clearly been writing on top of my envelope since there was writing engraved into the first few photos. They wouldn't issue a refund since I had placed the order online and did not seem sympathetic to resolving the issue. I have printed at Costco many times before and this was my first time printing at Walmart and my last. The site experience was frustrating and I should have realized the store experience wouldn't be any different. Attempting to use the templates to customize the card was a headache and it wouldn't allow me to view my image in portrait mode. It was also difficult to organize and manage the photos and projects. UPDATE: I drove to the Mississauga location and discovered there was NO PHOTO CENTRE there. The store manager told me that they do not have envelopes and there must have been a misunderstanding. When I got home, I called the customer service number from my photo centre confirmation and walked them through my situation and requested the refund since I did not receive any part of my order properly. They instructed me to go to the store to have the refund issued... I cannot believe what a horrible experience this has been. I wish Google would allow me to give zero stars.
