The pharmacy staff is very unfriendly, unprofessional and could care less attitude. Do not call to talk to a pharmacist as no one will answer the line ever. I am taking my business else where.

This place NEVER answers the phone. I am extremely upset and annoyed. I always have to go in and ask if my prescription has been faxed there yet and then I have to wait they tell me I’m suppose to call ahead of time. For the past few months the line is always remained busy. I am extremely upset by this. Very inconvenient and pharmacy staff is extremely rude!! UPDATE: I wanted to come back here and provide an update! If there was an option for 0 stars, that is the rating this place should have. There has been no changes regarding pharmacy and their service. Phones are never answered. When this matter is addressed to pharmacy staff their response is "you called at a busy time" I guess this means their staff is busy all hours of the day?? There are larger and busier shoppers and they respect their customers and answer the phone. There has been times where I was physically at the pharmacy, I see no patients waiting and phones are ringing!! The pharmacy staff is having casual non work related conversations.. while the phones are un attended to. I have addressed this problem to head office months back and there has NO CHANGES. I will have to now transfer my medication elsewhere, this location is so close to home but now I guess I rather go a little further to a different location with proper customer service. Extremely frustrating, upsetting and DISSAPOINTING.

Waste of time very unorganized queue lines for covid vaccine and flu shots. Spent almost 2 hours for flue shot. Don’t come here if u value your time

The worse pharmacy staffs ever I have seen . People are waiting for hrs to get their medicines. Looks like the staffs over there are manufacturing it after taking prescription. This incident has happened on 25th March 2022 time 12 pm to 2pm. I won’t suggest any one to go there and wait for a day.

So trash. They never answer the phone. They lie about how long it will take to refill prescriptions. They all seem lost or confused all the time. I had to stop going. I asked the pharmacist how long the refill was going to take, and I told her I could just come back tomorrow if they were too busy. She assured me that it would only be 15 minutes, so I decided to wait. 15 minutes go by, it’s not ready. 30 minutes go by, nope, still not ready. It took 45 minutes total. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not that big of a deal but honestly she could have just said they were busy. I could have come in the next day rather than waste my time. This wasn’t the first time they’ve done this either but it’s definitely the last. I moved my prescription to Rexall which has a drive-thru.

I don’t understand why there is no one to answer the phone especially at the pharmacy. Given the global pandemic now more than ever customers need to be able to access virtual services but the only way to get a hold of the pharmacy is by showing up in person. Very disappointing.

This is probably the worst Shoppers Drug Mart in Brampton. Went there yesterday to pick up a few things and proceeded to check out, what a nightmare that was. There was one cashier and there was about 7 people in the line and no one I help. I used the self checkout machine and two of the machine was down and the cashier had to leave her customers in line to respond to two machines. Store manager should be ashame if his/herself, because this is abuse and that poor cashier was doing everything she can and no one was there to help her. Anything to save a buck?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a pharmacy. They do not answer their phones, the rare time you can actually get it to call and not just a busy signal. They do not respond to other pharmacies calling to try and transfer your files and they do not respond to doctors offices trying to call and fax. Should not be allowed to be open as a pharmacy as they are putting peoples health at risk. My medication is daily and without it I go into withdrawal. They not only got my auto refill incorrect by 30 days, they have not been available to assist me for over 10 days. I am down to 1 pill left.
