★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got uncooked pizza and when we went to store they started arguing with us. We called them twice in phone but they disconnect our call in the middle of the conversation. Very bad customer service
But finally we got the pizza after arguing them with15-20 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could then I would have given them no stars, literally no stars. The lady that I talked to on the phone to make an order for delivery. I don’t think that she is even professional. She was so rude and talking like, “I was taking to a robot”. Food comes after, first is how you treat your customers. Literally you guys need to work on your customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a whole wheat pizza, well cooked... received a pizza with raw dough. Tried to compromise but tasted like eating aata. Called the number on the box but they denied and i quote "the store is very sure that they have cooked your pizza well" i asked them to provide me any number or email where i can send the photographs but they do not have one. 1 star for poor customer service.
I have ordered whole wheat pizza many times but have never received raw. This would be my last order from popular pizza.

The dark brown spots are wet uncooked dough.. aata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a butter chicken pizza and after the wait of 40 min they sent me this. Without any chicken ?. When I called them to figure it out what happened to my order. The supervisor told me to contact THE SKIP they will reimburse my amount ??♂️ Thay can’t improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my normal go to location but was close to the place i was heading. Ordered online for vegetarian pizza . The toppings are not the best quality and very less . Thin crust was feeling like thick . Jalepeno were overly put when paneer should be more . Will consider other locations over this .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst pizzas I ever had in my life. Literally I had a pick up order and the pizza was cold, felt like it was a left over order. Then I called back the customer service and they have no manners how to talk. They didn't even replaced the order plus ended call without even acknowledging the whole problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F…. Worst pizza . They didn’t put proper toppings nd when i called they said they are out of it. Manager don’t know how to talk in English. Very rude . I asked for indian garnish but they said eat it like that. They said to order it from another store. I am going to complain about them and escalate it. Idiots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered vegetarian pizza over the phone and they delivered uncooked pizza with undercooked crust. I could only eat one slice and when I called to complain, the lady kept telling me that she checked with the store and it was cooked properly and that next time we would cook it well done.
