★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly researched the Sony TV I wanted to buy and a fair price to pay before I contacted Mario at Visions in Port Coquitlam. Mario and I quickly agreed on a price and completed the transaction in less than 10 minutes. The price I paid for my TV from Visions was less than the sale price at Best Buy and Costco.
All TV and home entertainment purchases should be this smooth and easy. A special thank you to Richard the installer for delivering and patiently helping setup my new TV!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping at Visions now for a few years. I always deal with the salesman Mario who goes above and beyond to help me out. He is extremely knowledgeable, will give you his honest opinion when you ask him for advice and he will do everything he can to give you the best price out there. I will be a long time Visions customer for years to come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seems to be a lot of identical wording reviews regarding great customer service and top notch installation while online there are over 90 recent negative reviews with the Better Business Bureau regarding installation, cancelled warranties, and used product being passed off as new.
I purchased a TV to have it delivered and installed, when the TV arrived it was a different one than I purchased and in a box taped shut looking like a return.
When I asked if this was a used and returned TV they said no and that they open all boxes to make sure they’re not broken which didn’t make any sense as why tape it closed again?
The installation was great, they did a really good job and extra work as well.
When turning on the TV I noticed it had already been registered to another person. This item was used. I asked will they honour the warranty and I was told yes but that makes no sense because how can you honour a warranty from a TV that I had never purchased while another TV was delivered instead and in a open box used.
Only after i asked, the company swapped over the paperwork so they are hopefully upholding the warranty of the TV delivered although the sales person said the TV delivered was never claimed to be new. and it just went downhill from there.
The excuse for this deceptive behaviour is because the TV I ordered was not in stock, so they gave me a used one.
During my original purchase I was told the TV was in stock which is how they were able to complete the sale in the first place.
This is not a reputable company while many other positive reviews are suspicious at best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amir and the team over at Visions are fantastic. I had a bad run of luck with TVs, and they got me all sorted out. They actually didn't have stock to replace my unit with the same one, so they upgraded me to a nicer model. It's now sitting pretty on my mantle and I'm a happy customer!

Nigel Payne had helped me throughout my visits at Visions. Nigel is down to earth, very approachable and very informative/knowledgeable on the products I needed. Nigel has helped me very much with my electronic purchasing needs. I highly recommend you visit Nigel. This visions is one of best locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are awesome! I've bought pretty well all my home and car audio electronics from Visions in PoCo and have always got better pricing than what was available online or locally. I bought a TV from their location and after 20 months, the TV developed an issue with the screen. This TV was definitely not cheap and I figured I was going to be out of luck considering the only warranty I had was the free 2 year that they include with purchase which I figured was basically going to be useless. The warranty process could not have been easier! The TV was picked up and everything was completely taken care of from there. My TV was replaced with the most current model available with no questions asked. Even the service company they used was awesome. The service tech even commented on how great Visions is with handling warranty issues. Kourosh, one of the sales managers there, handled my claim and was awesome to deal with, answering all my questions about the process, even when he wasn't working. Definitely recommend giving these guys a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience. I needed to renew my contract, add a data plan for my daughter and potentially wanted 2 new phones. Based on past experiences, I was not looking forward to the process. Amir was fantastic. He took the time to explain my options, wrote out all the fees and discounts as we went, wasn't pushy and answered all my questions. The other gentlemen in the store were just as friendly. I hope this team is still there in 2 years when I'm looking to renew again. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to pickup a TV we had put on hold. When we got there, Mario was an amazing help. He suggested another TV that was 4 times better than the one that we had put on hold - for the same price. Amazing score! Mario was patient, informative, diligent, and one of the best customer service experiences we've had. Mario went above and beyond when he realized our vehicle was too small - he gave us the information we needed to rent a truck for a short time frame. We will definitely go back and visit with Mario for any other electronics we need.
