★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location seems decent enough but I just can't cheerlead for a big box branded business supply store....that isn't open before business hours. Seems a bit off.
Other than that they have the basics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been surprised and pleased, as of late, with some initiatives at Staples Canada. First, Staples is offering free delivery -- "with any order, no minimum". I have recently placed two orders, and they came in a very timely manner. Plus, the company now offers items that are not typically associated with Staples, eg. food/snacks, breakroom supplies, cleaning supplies, personal care/health, etc. I ordered some items, and found that their variety and sale prices, in particular, were certainly worthy of note. I also like that they offer Airmiles, by way of Airmilesshops.ca. In addition, they have a very good return policy/system, in my minion opinion. Communication with the company is "fluid". Moreover, their newsletter is
. . . good news, so to speak. With more "zest" added to their marketing and promotion of the above attributes -- a blitz of sorts -- they will become even more a staple of widening online ordering -- and not just a rather limited niche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walks in store… asks cashier where passport photos are done… cashier points to customer service… Waits for several minutes as there are 5 people in line and one lovely lady working super hard… my turn next… let’s lovely lady know I’m here for passport pictures… lady says “camera is broken”… I go back to cashier on my way out to give her a heads up the camera is broken so don’t Direct people there… cashier says in all seriousness she knows it’s broken… face palm ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was challenged with the task of trying to figure out how to use the self printing option for some important documents.
I am unfamiliar with this process and I was told at another location in Richmond that the staff are not allowed to assist customers with printing and they couldn't direct me either.

One of your Copy Center Consultants, Breanna, was more than helpful, she went above and beyond Making a repeat customer feel appreciated and welcome.
She allowed me to email her some documents and she printed them on my behalf, Thank you Breanna for making a potentially challenging visit an easy and stress-free visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been quite awful constantly. The department of printing has the worst customer service, and their attitude is not something you would expect from a company like Staples.
A customer service training session is much needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order print for same day pickup (basic black and white 8.5x11) and none of their printers work and no one told me it wasn’t done. Basically, my stuff I needed is late and now I can’t fill out a contract that is due today. Not happy. Did get a refund, but getting the product I paid for and was told would be ready same day.. plan ahead. My mom recently went for pictures printed and they were terrible also so not impressed
