a	alanna lynch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could leave no stars for my review, as they aren't deserving of the one. I booked an eye exam a little over a month in advance. I showed up for my scheduled appt to find out that the staff did not input me correctly into the system and therefore I could not get my exam done. I explained that I booked it well in advance as well as having paid for parking and left work early for the appt. I spoke with the owner and she was also quite unpleasant. I said its not a good look to be making someone come back and not even accommodate what time works for them. There was no apology from any staff or the owner for the inconvenience, I was actually told to call my optometrist... apparently they don't want the business. I was told because I wasn't entered in the system properly that they couldn't put me in, when I left I realized they STILL didn't ask for the missing information for the file. I had to take it upon myself to call and provide the missing info. A very very bad first encounter. If my optometrist had more availability I would be going there. I would strongly discourage anyone from going here.
K	Khurram shafiq on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional enough, I called the reception before hand to confirm if the doctor is available and free to see me ,so that I can come like 30min before, I left my work for the appointment, and waited for like an hour for my turn. When I thought I was just going to get my turn, doctor said she want to see another person before me, those people just came in. If they have told me before hand about the availability of the doctor it could save my time. Not recommended thanks.
