R	Rachel C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going here for 3 years, and service was great in the beginning. Unfortunately, it's been slowly getting more awkward recently. I went in for an eye exam last Friday and while I completely understand how busy Friday evenings are just before a long weekend, I do believe I still could've gotten a better session considering I did pay $80 for an eye exam. The eye exam was very rushed to say the least. It probably took just 10 minutes. I also have never before felt like I was going to be accidentally stabbed in the eye during an eye exam. I felt that it was hastily done and I'm kind of questioning now whether my prescription is even correct. I wish I didn't have to, but I'm going to have to go see another optical place in the future.

I called about contact lenses and every step of the way he was trying to discourage me from getting contacts and I had to come up with my own solutions to HIS road blocks. He yelled at me, hung up one me and when I called back, he wouldn't answer the phone.

Sales staff not helpful and oblivious to the fact that I did not want a lecture on how the new style lenses work etc etc. Staff would not stop the lecture despite me request to simply give me prices. The other staff member was a real peach aswell and the entire time there was uncomfortable.

But not In person, one of the ladies was disrespectful towards me for my exemption of wearing a mask even though I was wearing a mask just not over my nose, there was no one in store other than staff members who were more than 6ft away and behind a plexiglass protective barrier. Had there been other costumers abd other close to me I would have struggled through it. Disrespectful. Rude. Poor service. It's not okay to treat those with health conditions like trash
S	Sam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called almost 30 optometrists in Ottawa and not one will take me without a mask . I have asthma and cannot wear a mask. I will continue to give one star reviews to every optician that refuses to give me an appointment. Please respect mask exemptions. Thank you

P	P C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does a fully paid for eye exam include the calculation for computer glasses? If so, someone should advise the staff. The optometrist was fine. The staff blocked access to a phone consult from another optician.
