P	Patricia Laforest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I called ahead to book an appointment as I knew I only had about half an hour due to them being closed at 6 and I get off work at 5 but I knew what type of style I wanted so would have been time. I got there, there was already 4 people in the store (3 people together taking up one associate) and the other associate with another gentleman. I was greeted, I tried on frames but no one to help me at all after that... I had my choice completed way before closing, I went to buy the glasses and was told, sorry we can't now we are closed.... just like that.... I made the appointment as I knew I did not have much time! My work schedule and commitments make it extremely hard to work within the store hours, and left feeling frustrated as I do like the quality of glasses I received from Pearle Vision in the past! I really like the frames, but will not be back.

Dr. Aranha was also very professional and pleasant. When picking out frames John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushing the most expensive frames but was more concerned with what would work best for my needs. I will definitely be using Pearle Vision in the future.

The optometrist took the time to explain things to me and made me feel very comfortable as I had never had an eye exam before. Buyng my glasses I was able to take my time and try on many pairs untill i found the perfect glasses The sales women also took her time to explain the various sales and everything else involved in my purchase. The store was inviting and open and the staff was great. Buying my first pair of glasses their will make me a return customer and you will feel the same...highly recommend this location.

With Ralph customer service was impeccable with no pressure and a true sense of what I would be best for me. I ended up going with a couple of Oakley frames and my prescription for both. What a fantastic deal, out of pocket 203$ Thank you
