S	Sherif Mansour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place if you can. Inconsiderate receptionist. Took my daughter for an x-ray at 2pm, was told I must pre-register at 8:00am or 12:30pm Something they forgot to mention on their site or automated phone message.
M	Mizz Meeks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thursday August 12 at centrepointe location. The technician was amazing. However the lady checking people into the lab seemed poorly trained and very unorganized. My son and I were second in line at 745 AM for his x-ray. The person ahead of us was in and out just after 8 AM. We were still waiting by 9 AM. It wasn't until I asked that reception realized the same lady mentioned above had not processed my son's requisition and checked him in properly!! Avoid this location if possible.

They refused to give an appointment, but if you show up at 9:40 a.m. - they would advise you that they are full for the day and to come back another day. Why bother to write on the web open until 4 or 5 p.m.....Looks like they just do not want to be bothered, as it is easier to sit quietly than working. This walk in does not work, waste of time.

A	Ali Fonda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my client, who has development disability. They told us to wait 12 30 pm. When we came in at 11 am. At 1230 I go ask. Hey do you have how much longer. The lady at the front desk. Was so rude and treated me like I was stupid. She said they went on lunch now, come back at 1 30 pm, she said. I Went again at 1 45 with my client to the front desk. She was like you will have to wait. She didn't even feel bad for someone with disability. They kept laughing and chatting. But not doing their job and had the worst attitude with customers. I will never go there again.
S	Sylvia Generoux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an ultrasound done here and the treatment was horrible. I would give zero stars if I could. The lady conducting my ultrasound was condescending and rude. She was very abrupt and impatient with me, which was doubly hard to take as I was in pain. She stated emphatically that my physiotherapist had no business sharing her opinion on my condition because she wasn't a doctor. Her manner was aggressive and not the least bit caring. It's terrible to expose patients to treatment like that when they are already feeling weak and vulnerable.
V	Vah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience today was great! Receptionist was lovely and feisty. My technician Rahad (apologies for the spelling) was fantastic! Very gentle and caring. I can't speak to wait times as I had an appointment, but it was on time and the appointment was quick and efficient.

Firstly, I submitted the form online to request an appointment, expecting it to take 24-48 hours for a response as indicated on their website. Within an hour after submitting the form, I received an email with an appointment date and time. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and kindly by the receptionist. I waited in the waiting room for a short period of time (not very long, as I had an appointment). I had x-rays and an ultrasound scheduled and thought both technicians carrying out the scans were professional and kind. My only complaint would be the price of parking. I was there for a little over an hour and I had to pay the amount of a day pass. It is what it is though!
