Update. Today is June 30th 2021; I had my "re-booked" appointment yesterday.
The front staff at Merivale Medical Imaging (Kanata location) are very friendly and helpful, as was "Elena," the lady who performed the procedure for me; she was also INCREDIBLY knowledgeable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service however they seem to have a bit of an issue with booking. Couple of people complained about have been booked at the wrong location. On my way out another person was complaining requesting to speak with a manager. So we aware and double check the location, day and time of your apointment. Otherwise personnel is professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to suggest that your staff review the uploaded requisition PRIOR to booking and confirming an appointment. Taking time off work, showing up in Kanata and then being told the paperwork is wrong and they cannot preform the procedure is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This business gets a star because the staff was friendly, but the experience was 0 stars.
They are simply booking more appointments than they have the capacity to adequately service. I arrived on-time for my scheduled appointment but didn't actually begin my first procedure until 30min later. After completion, I was dropped off to wait for my second procedure. After waiting for 15minutes I asked the tech if I could get an ETA and she indicated that she wasn't expecting anyone, so she had to check me in a second time. I also don't think the building is air conditioned, or they hadn't turned the A/C on, it was sweltering.
Accepting more patients than you can handle to get the OHIP money is a bad look.
