Trisha is an excellent real estate agent who successfully got us the deal we wanted in a fast changing environment. She went above and beyond in her service and helped us with many challenges. Trisha is a truly excellent realtor. She guided us through a crazy housing market, both to buy a new house, and sell our existing one. She really knows what she is doing, and when we trusted her and followed her advice, we got the results we wanted: we were able to buy the first house we liked in a highly competitive market, and sell our house extremely quickly and for well above what we expected. On the buying end, she was great about explaining the current housing market and how unpredictable and unusual it is. She helped us understand what we could afford and how to make a competitive offer. We found our dream house on our first day of viewings and she guided us through the entire (extremely intense and nerve-wracking!) process of placing a preemptive offer, modifying the offer, getting our financing in order, and securing the house. On the buying end, we followed all of her advice for staging our house, including some suggestions that seemed a bit over the top at the time, like replacing all our colourful wall art with black and white pieces (thank you local buy nothing group!), adding a rug to make a "nicer" laundry area in our very not-nice unfinished basement, and getting all our appliances off our kitchen counters. She provided finishing touches for staging and a professional photographer. Once we saw how stunning the photos looked we were so glad we had done what she suggested! Since selling, we have seen places comparable to ours that were staged and photographed worse sell for less than ours did, which really confirmed she knows her stuff. She was also super open and communicative. She replied to our emails and texts very promptly and kept us in the loop through the entire buying and selling process. I cannot recommend her highly enough: if you place your trust in her she will not disappoint!

My husband and I met Trisha at one of the homes she was selling and immediately started to ask us important questions about what we were looking for in a home. She kindly asked if we had a realtor and explained the benefits of having one. She really helped us become more educated about the home buying and selling process and recommended a great mortgage broker. That weekend, she came to visit our townhome, helped us create a home search and provided us information about how much our townhome would sell for. This is long over due. We made the move to Orleans last June from the GTA (Mississauga). A move of this nature is taxing at the best of times, let alone during a pandemic. That being said, we lucked out in finding Trisha as our agent in our house search! Trisha was great on all levels.
