I showed up with a requisition for bloodwork, not having any idea where to go only to find out this location does not offer this service. Disappointing sure, but I felt compelled to write this review due to the above and beyond help I received from the two staff members at that front desk (one with short black hair and the other that I believe was the x-ray tech). Not only did they help me find where to go, they even took the extra time to call to see if the location on Eagleson was still taking walk ins. They wrote down the address for me and gave me directions. They did not need to do this for me, but they did and I am very grateful for this. Should I need any imaging done in the future, I will only have it done at this location. Thank you again!

I went in for a chest x-ray a few months back. The staff were all friendly, and the whole process was smooth and efficient from the front desk to the completion of my exam. Reception was kind and assistive, and the x-ray tech was clear and thorough. Great team of workers!

CDN central booking system lost the requisition even I uploaded properly into booking system. Needed to email 2nd time. My doctor didn't receive the reports even after 3 weeks from Barrhaven Imaging where the tests were done. After my email last week, they responded it was sent before and sending now 2nd time. This time Doctor only received X-Rays report but not ultrasound report. Four weeks gone, doctor still waiting for Ultrasound report.

Aweful experience for cDn imaging. I called on March 10th for booking appointment. The kanata CDN receptionist told me the appointment will be on Friday 1:40 kanata . When I showed up , they told me my appointment already passed yesterday. I have to reschedule the appointment time and it’s really waste my time. I’m not the only person says that, really unprofessional, please get well trained before u tend to work!

very bad, frustrating experience! the front desk lady (Katimavik location) does nothing but answer the phone to book or cancel appointments or check in patients. No other responsibility at all for any she does. there is no confirmation call before the appointment booked or a bit of interest to see if there is requisition attached to the appointment. I know for sure that my doctor sent out twice my requisition because the CDN called me to book my appointment, then they loose my requisition, don't even tell me that they don't have it so when I go there for my appointment that I waited for 3 months ( they are too booked with failed appointments due to maybe the same reason) they tell me that they cannot provide the treatment because they don't have what they need. very sad to see this happening all the time in the health system. nobody does anything but accept to hire people with no interest in doing their job properly! And we all are paying for this lousy service!

They booked me at Nepean location and confirmed my appointment twice for Kanata location. When I showed up at Kanata, they didn't know of my appointment. Absolutely rude technologist who did the exam and jept saying oh I am running late. One star for the receptionist who was very courteous. She not only apologized but asked the technologist to do my exam.

The clinic staff were wonderful. Friendly and professional. The kudos here goes out to Vicky in the call centre. I had to call to move my appointment around due too children being ill. Instead of me having to keep calling back, she followed up with me a few times to help make things work for me and my schedule. Every time she called she would ask about my children and showed genuine care and empathy. Her customer service was above and beyond. I felt like she wasn't just someone calling from a doctors office. She was polite, super sweet and showed me she truly cared. Well done too her. Vicky, thank you! Clinic staff in Kanata, thank you!

I've attempted to get an x-ray at Kanata's CDN location three times in the last several weeks without success. Either the technicians called in sick (x2) or they hit max capacity early in the day. To add insult to injury, it's impossible to reach admin staff via phone. I am upset that my GP sent my requisition to such a poor rated establishment.
