★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciated this service! I needed an appointment very short notice and they were able to give me one (despite the snow storm!). The person who I spoke with on the phone was extremely polite, pleasant, and knowledgeable; she was very helpful and reassuring. The nurse who came to do the blood draw was also extremely polite and professional (and it didn't hurt at all!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The test itself was quick. The result was received within 24 hours, but more towards the 24 hour mark. However, the customer service was very poor. Tried to call them before the test, no body answered the phone. After the test, I called them again several times, not even 1 time I got a response. Also, the location is very far from Montreal, the test itself costs a lot. If it's not for traveling, do not come here. Also, the test report only shows your name, no passport information, no DOB. Poor customer service experience for the expensive $185 sum paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first i was hesitant because of certain reviews that i've seen, but i decided to give it go after my friends recommended it to me. Let me tell you it was the best decision. I've had bad experiences with other places so i didn't want it to happen again since i'm travelling. The staff was super nice and very helpful. I even had to reschedule an appointment last minute because of an emergency and they were so kind and open about it. Also, the results came earlier than expected. I highly recommend Medfuture!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 245$ for a covid saliva test. When I called for information, they said that I would be receiving my test the same day as I ordered if it was done early in the day (I ordered mine on Thursday at 8am). They also said that if I shipped it out the same day I got it, I was basically guaranteed results within 3 days including all the shipping times... So, I ordered my test Thursday at 8am, received it on Friday at 5pm, dropped it off at UPS at 5:58pm, and because UPS doesn’t work on weekends, it’s telling me to check back tomorrow for updates on delivery date... I needed an answer for Wednesday (surgery) and now I’m worried I won’t get it in time. Do not recommend. Just go public or a hospital. They will do much quicker. My daughter got her results within 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test was completed quickly and professionally. My 4yrs old barely felt a thing. Nurse was kind and understanding to my sons needs. Due to his medical condition they were able to find a way to have him tested the same day as he needs testing during his muscular attacks as he has muscular dystrophy. Thank you again and will be using this service again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely professional service. Within an hour after requesting a quote, the clinic was nice enough to call and follow up and provide detail. They gave me a very reasonable appointment time. The nurse that came was extremely courteous, professional and took her time. For someone who is busy - working from home and little time to spare during the day, this was a great service that included a bloodtest and other tests within an hour. No wait time, no craziness or stress - in your home environment where you are relaxed is the best place to take a test as an indicator. Blood results came back within 24 hours and full results not long after. Will definitely use this service again!! Well done with the integration also to my doctor and everything else was seamless!
