★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 6 month old baby had a very high fever as both my wife and i also seem to have caught an infection it seems and we have fever as well. I was hesitant to come here due to some of the reviews as we usually go to RocklandMd however we recently moved to the neighbourhood and it was too far of a trip to go to RocklandMd. We called at 7:30 a.m and the only appointment available was at 2 p.m the same day which was fine. They later informed us of a cancellation and if we wished to come early at 9 a.m and that was even better as we were worried its our baby's first fever and we did not want to go to the hospital and wait for hours on end to be told the same thing. The staff are bilingual and friendly which was perfect for us as we are anglophones. The doctor was also very professional. Although we hope to not need to go to a clinic, I am happy and comfortable to know we now have a new go to clinic next to our home that we can depend on. Thank you Dr. Therrien for taking care of our daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally don’t recommend this clinic. The staff was friendly, that wasn’t the problem. I got an appointment quickly, and I was seen quickly. However my problem with the clinic is that it’s a private clinic meaning yes you pay for your service, which is what I knew going in there. But because I went to this clinic I expected a different standard compared to CLSC or a regular walk in clinic. On the website it displays that blood test results are usually available in 24h, which was a main reason I went here, I needed my blood results quickly as I am pregnant and I work in child care, and needed to know if I was susceptible to a certain disease that’s harmful to my baby that I can catch from the young children I work with. I needed to know if I was safe at work or not. The results took almost 2 months ! I paid 250$ to get these tests done and I could have easily just gone to a regular clinic and waited just as long. I called the clinic often and mentioned I was concerned for my safety at work, I called up to once a week for an update. In my opinion the private clinic is benificial in some ways, but don’t be fooled, you will still wait and you are paying to do so! Next time I would just go to a regular clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and was seen two hours after! The doctor was a gem, took his time and offered to see me again the following day if need be. Can't find that kind of service anywhere especially during the holidays! Very impressed and grateful for this clinic :)

1-First they start with attitude. Secondly doctor evaluate me less than 45sec and I did time him after waiting for him in room and 150$ later.
I called after 4 day to tell them that they forget to proscribed me a pomp for bronchitis as discussed with the doctor, so the receptionist told me that it will cost me an other 150$ to visit him again and the doctor will give me a prescription.
The receptionist she said to me that I was right and that is not her fault and that she will call me ASAP after talking to the doctor.
GESS WHAT ! The never call me to follow up with me as a patient. I could’ve died and no one cares nor follow up. It’s really irresponsible privet clinic they sniffing people’s money ?.
I will report them to higher lever.
Very sad to see that happen today even you pay for the service very sad. The receptionist should also change her job not responsable to call as she promised me to follow up with me
Two weeks later and nothing yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly must say disappointed by this clinic. Tried for 2 days to call and make an appointment for my daughter and her skin issues. Hung up on and then put on hold for almost 20 minutes. Finally get through on the third day to be told DR.LABLANC, no longer takes any patients! Maybe if $$$ were discussed it would be different! Disgusted by them !!! Don’t open a private practice if this is what it comes to!

My bleeding mother in need of stitches was refused service at 2PM on a Friday because of sheer laziness of the staff, being told "ça va aller à lundi".
My question to your management is, Should I wait until she bleeds out and drive my dying mother in on Monday? Or will you not be free then either?
Either the doctors at this facility have not have taken the hippocratic oath or don't have enough business sense to hire proper staff.
Consumer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I injured myself right before a long weekend. With terrible hospital wait times, and most public and private clinics closed, I decided to try this clinic. I was able to book an emergency appointment the same day. Warm greeting, no wait time, I was taken in charge by a fantastic nurse practitioner. She did a thorough evaluation of my injury and sent me for RXs at a nearby imaging clinic. That same nurse called me back later in the day with the XR results showing a fracture. She had already sent my file to a specialist and i would be taken in charge by them in the coming days. By far the best money I’ve ever ever spent on my health. Keep up the great work!
