They always respond to my emails within 24 hours. They do reminder calls (which I didn't ask for - to be honest, I don't need it but it's nice that they do it). For both visits, I've had the pleasure with working with Chiropodist, Melanie. She's absolutely amazing. She made great recommendations for shoes and creams to use for my condition. I had a pair of Orthotics done 3 weeks ago. I've had my fair share of Orthotics in my lifetime and this is the best pair I've had. Melanie listens and was able to create a pair based on my feet needs and my preferences. Definitely affordable (unlike another clinic in Westboro that cost $300 more...total eye roll). All paperwork was ready for me to submit to insurance. I highly recommend this clinic! If you live in Kanata, definitely get your foot care done here.
