★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stella was incredibly helpful in getting me a 10 Year Visa to China. I let her take care of it, and she got it done SUPER fast (I believe 4 days). She also always picked up her phone, responded to texts, and was very direct in what the next steps were. Very professional. She operates out of a residential home, but don't let that scare you, if anything its probably what allows her to keep her prices that low. Thank you so much Stella! I'M GOING TO CHINA!! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to get my Brazil Visa for over 3 weeks and that never happen. I went several times to the Brazilian Consulate but after few trips I had enough and then found contact with Stella from Visa Express. She is the best and have incredible fastest service I've never seen before. No agency can't match with them as far as the entire process speed of getting visa professionalism kindness etc etc. If I knew there is a such an agency in Toronto I wouldn't even bother my self and try to get everything my self.

She takes her job seriously and she provides an excellent and an efficient service.
We needed to get a Brazilian visa and we were lost with the amount of requirements that the consulate was asking for especially for my minor daughter. Stella made it seem very easy and was able to get us the visas way before our travel date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second time using Visa Express and fist time applying for a multi-year visa. I had a few issues with my visa application and ended up overdoing 2 additional applications. I called Stella directly numerous times and she was always pleasant and courteous to work with. While I felt anxious and worried about the process, as time was ticking away fast, I felt assured that my visa and passport were in good hands. In the end, I got my visa faster than expected and 2 weeks before my trip!

At first I was debating to use a larger organization, but I choose to work with them due to the much better service (in my opinion).
They guided me through the entire process and even offered to look over my documents/forms before sending them to ensure there was not any potential problem.
They always were quick to reply, including replying within minutes to my emails in the late evening on the weekends (can't beat that kind of service anywhere)!
Very smooth in both sending and receiving the documents.

Unfortunately we had to cancel and my wife called Stella that she gave her the run around and on top she had registered on the visa website with her email without my wife condense. We called her regardless the money and we pointed that registering on a website with other people info it’s illegal and she hang up the phone. Very very rude person.

Then we talked to stella, she helped us to get the appointment after 3 days.
It was quick and worth the service fee.
