★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the service. We recently ordered flowers for my mothers 91st birthday who lives in another province. We placed the order a week before and were only advised they could not fill the order on the day of her birthday. I wouldn't have minded if I was told within 48 hours of placing the order but to wait a week and tell us on the the day was unacceptable. We will never use this service again.
