★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For some reason, I have become accustomed to pretty shoddy service from flower shops. The order gets messed up, the wrong flowers delivered, the wrong delivery address, I could go on and on.
I called up Fresh Flowers and Gifts this morning and asked for a delivery this afternoon, and was frankly blown away by their efficient and friendly manner on the phone. They called shortly after to confirm the delivery, and the most GORGEOUS bouquet showed up to the right address on time! The photo doesn't really do it justice, it's an amazing bouquet. Trust your business to these folks, they are at the top of their game!!

The person on the telephone was extremely helpful, professional and honest about what they had in stock given Covid supply chain issues. I gave them a free hand to use whatever they had available and the feedback from the recipient was that it was the most beautiful arrangement that she has ever seen. In addition, they delivered it same day. Excellent service.
