Worst experience with this company. The company tells me I have 15 days for buyers remorse to exchange a ("like new condition") phone that isn't working for me.
Go into the store and they tell me a completely different story. Call customer service they tell me another story. Go back to the store and they tell you another.
Lies lies and more lies!
Save yourself the stress and anguish and go to a kiosk in the mall, they treat their clientele much better.
This company is the biggest headache I've ever had to deal with. Days and days on the phone for hours and hours.
