★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The guy on the till was very rude. I bought a falafel sandwich and was trying to know the combo from the other person. But he interrupted in between and bluntly said" not to disturb the other people". And started to explain himself and asked me to pay. I understand they might be busy, but he could have explained it to me politely. Worst customer experience. Sandwich was ok. But won't recommend the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the change of management. This place has been my preferred pit-stop every time I am at CrossIron. However, one of my previous customer service experience was so bad that I decided not to come back. The food is so delicious that I still kept coming under the Covid mask. Trust me, this place has the best Shawarma in town with decent portions. Their garlic potatoes are a steal, also must try their Chicken Tikka and Beef Kebobs. Don't know why they call them as Sheesh Touk and Kefta, guess it must be their Lebanese or Mediterranean name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! The special and the regular price platter have the same picture, however they don't get the same items. Since I wanted to have hummus I had to switched to the regular price platter. But platters don't come with pita bread, which defeats the purpose of having shawarma. Since a shawarma is a stuffed pita bread wrap!
The taste was not so great either. Not worth the money. Not recommended at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible customer service, I’ve never had shawarma they took me through and explained it to me. Then proceeded to make one of the best food court meals I’ve had in a long time.
Don’t let not knowing what it is scare you, it’s definitely worth the shot.

The food is very authentic and delicious tasting. Never imagined tha You could get the Arabic taste in Calgary to such a perfection. Very humble and welcoming staff…!
I am surely be returning here soon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I get the chicken shawarma wrap with garlic potatoes — my go to order at my go to place when at cross iron mall. It tastes great.. especially the garlic sauce! Also, The employees are friendly and offer great customer service. No complaints .. 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! I loved the falafel with garlic sauce. Yum! I really weblog trying the different salads. The service was a bit slow but friendly. I didn't mind a bit of a wait. The food treated so good! A lot of food for the price too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant owner is downright rude and does not want to accept getting paid in cash. Bad customer service, won't be going back to this place again. There are better options at the food court with better customer service. They need someone with more charisma at the till.
