★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used this place for 3 years to store our exta wedding decoration stuff .We had 2 store units there . The best part of this place was 24 hrs access which was very helpful for our business as we had to do most of the teardowns in the night. We never ever had a single issue there. Neat and clean place. Staff was very professional and friendly.
It was wonderful experience.
I highly recommend this place for your storage needs :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place made moving a less terrible chore. After being let down by another storage company, I came here. Chris made the experience easy and helped me navigate the process without stress. When I cleared the unit out, Chris was again the one to help me and he was friendly, positive and handled the move out very quickly. The facility was clean, secure and easily accessible for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this facility for moving supplies last June 2021. Their system glitched and my card was accidentally charged twice. The gentleman working told me they didn’t have the ability to reimburse me right then and there, so I’d have to give them my mailing address in order to receive a cheque within a couple of weeks.
Months later, nothing.
I reached out with this update, and Lynda was very responsive, saying she’d look into the issue; however, more time passed and still nothing came of it. I reached out to her again, and she continued to be warm and apologetic, saying my cheque would be mailed the next week. Still waiting…
At this point it’s less about the $112 and more about my wasted time. Disappointed I feel compelled to write this review in the first place ?

I would highly recommend this facility. Zero issues and completely satisfied tenant of 4 years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just rented a 5’ x 5’ heated space on the second floor for a prepaid amount of $59 per month. The ceilings are 10’ high and they have an elevator and carts to transport things upstairs. Linda took about an hour to show me everything and explain the deal. She answered all of my questions and even gave me a new lock when the first one she sold me proved to be sticky. I like that you are not required to purchase insurance (although they strongly recommend it). To get in, you enter a code to drive through a gate and then again to walk through a door. You then have to pull on a long chain to open the giant garage door, which may be difficult for people who have injuries or back/shoulder issues. They do not have 24 hour access. So far I am happy and I would recommend this storage unit.
