★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of work is outstanding. We send cast partial frameworks here almost every day and are always impressed with the results. In the extremely rare case that a frame doesn't fit, Ed, Kim, and Balwinder are happy to design a new one at no cost (Just provide a new impression and the old frame). If there are any questions, either of the three will call me to confirm the design.
Prices are on the higher end, but if it means I don't have to fight with it in the patient's mouth later, I'm more than happy to spend the extra couple bucks.
Turnaround time for chrome frames is 1 week. Pickup and delivery are always prompt. Usually within the hour.
