The customer service was fantastic. We had purchased a rug that your staff took down for us to look at and they rolled and wrapped it for us. Unfortunately it was not suitable when we took it home. Returning was not a problem at all and we will be purchasing an item in the near future with our credit.

I found the sales associate at the door very rude, as soon as I walked in she was on me wanting me to put hand sanitizer on. Not even saying hello or being pleasant. Made me want to leave the store.

We've purchased a couple of pieces of furniture from this location so far, and both experiences have been excellent. The manager at this location is solid and on top of everything. I highly recommend!

Urban barn has the worst customer service! Buyer beware. Don’t even bother trying to work with the customer service email. They don’t respond. I will never buy another item from Urban Barn.

Order placed and Paid for Dec 11th, order ready for pick up February 2nd. Don't bother even trying to call the customer care number, it is just a recording, you have to communicate by email only. So I send an email and get an automatic response that they will try to respond in 5 to 7 days!! Finally get through to someone on their chat and earliest pick up time is 1 week out since they are only open Thursdays to Saturdays and are all booked up for this week. Well if you are that busy perhaps you should extend your hours, its called customer service. And they wonder why Amazon and Wayfair are doing so well, it is service like this that will be the death of bricks and motar retail.

The worst customer service and return policy I've ever experienced. I bought 2 accent tables online, however when received they weren't stable and with the little kid it was not a safe furniture to have. Therefore, we decided to return them. First thing, you can't return little accent tables to the store and get refunded immediately as in most of the stores in Canada, 2nd, they do not work with UBS, Fedex or Canada Post so you can drop off the items, you need to drive them to the warehouse. 3rd, it takes 20 follow up emails and still we aren't refunded after a month. And 4th they charge 15% restocking fee from your purchase amount. The worst experience ever, So much wasted time, money and energy. Urban Barn sells bad quality items and makes sure your life is a nightmare when you try to return them.
