I went twice to their shop to conform the material of the items before I bought them. The sales guy told us that the bed will be of MDF. We agreed on buying 3 box beds from them with a pickup on the Saturday when we were moving to Barrie. 1. They dint tell us that we would need help to move the stuff before hand. 2. Dint give any bolts or nuts for the head and foot boards. 3. The packing was not in cardboard box but with clear packing paper only for most of the bed parts. 4. Dint do holes in the head and foot bolt and asked us to get a drill and do it when we went to pickup. 5. Major issue was the material, it's pure cardboard and not mdf. When called to clarify the sales report Mr. Harman first said he will get back and then never called. When we called back he started talking what his employer trained him on. They totally refused to accept that the material they promised us was MDF and handed over cardboard boxes. Iam filing a complain with the government as I have the discussion with them recorded. Have all the bills and paperwork. 6. They may give you discount on the terms pay from debit card and cash which means the cash you pay that maybe tax free for them. Please beware of these fraudulent people and never buy stuff from this shop.

One of the best furniture stores in town! I was tired of seeing the exact same products at furniture stores but Vasai really has some unique stuff and love how you can customize sofa dimensions and fabric. We've been so happy with our sectionals! Great quality and so comfortable.

When we moved into a new home years ago, we scurried from furniture store to store. Every salesperson of every store was pushing us to buy what they needed to make their bonus. When we went to the Vasai Furniture Gallery in Heartland in Mississauga we felt "at home". The salesman who met us (his name was Harman) took the time to listen to us. Harman addressed all the needs of our bedrooms and family room. He was more than a salesman. He listened and cared about what we needed. The living room of our new home was narrow and long. As part of our sofa set we needed the large sofa to accommodate 4 people. Vasai's manager stepped in to ensure a custom built sofa set based on the fabrics, colours, dimensions and sizes to meet our needs. When we saw the price we were shocked! Vasai provided custom built furniture at prices that were lower than the "take what we give you or leave" of the big box stores. When I asked the owner how could this be? He told me that for over the past decade, Vasai had established relationships with the top 27 local furniture manufacturers. That's why they were able to secure our needs. In 2021, our daughter was getting married. It was the middle of the pandemic. In our culture, providing the gift of furniture to the newly wed couple to get them off to a positive start is significant. We went to Vasai. We knew they would understand. We trusted them. In the craziness of the global pandemic, Vasai fought through the global supply chain challenges to ensure our family commitment would be met. The day Vasai delivered and installed the furniture at our daughters new home was an emotionally significant day for us. I can't explain. But they understood. Vasai cared. I was fortunate to meet with the owner of Vasai Furniture Gallery. I asked, what does Vasai mean? He told me that Vasai is an ancient Sanskrit word that translates to: "BEING AT HOME". We are done with big box furniture stores and small stores who are only concerned with pushing their products and sales bonus. We trust Vasai. They are concerned with us. Versai cares. Vasai care about what it means to "Be at Home".

Great customer service - staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were patient and attentive to all my needs. I bought a king bed and side tables from here and was very pleased with the quality and price. Would definitely shop there in the future!

Hello! We were looking for to purchase a new sectional sofa for our basement. I’ve been to the Bricks and Leon’s store, they were not really good selection and the customer service was poor! I’ve been in Heartland area and happened to see this Vasai Furniture store! At first, I just wanted to walk in and check out the styles. But when I met Harman (the Sale Rep), he was very nice and guided me through the selection and style that fit my need! He gave me very good deal and excellent customer service! We purchased one sectional sofa. Harman even called me to follow up when the product will be ready to deliver. Overall, I am very happy with his service and will refer to my friends and family.
