★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional practice. All their reviews are fake. Was charged for a service that the insurance should have paid because staff does know to do their job and booked me a week before I was due. They cancelled an appointment without notice, because they wanted a call confirmation more than a week ahead of time. I did call back before the appointment but they still cancelled me and could not even offer any appointments. I've never not showed up to any of my previous appointments and they just don't value their clients. They are not worth it. Do your research and avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After many experiences of dental care in the GTA I must say that Dr Dalia is heaven sent ????. She has been able to redo all my previous crowns that all other dentists I went to refused to do it. She is absolutely amazing n the best dentist you’ll ever have. She is a super star ⭐️
I’ve been also seeing my hygienist Heba for years n no words can describe the excitement I’m in when I book my cleaning appt. I feel I’m invited for cup of coffee n a chit chat. Hiba is a wonderful hygienist. She’s got an amazing personality and on top of it all she’s excellent at what she’s does. She’s been taking good care of my teeth. If you want some detailed cleaning, she’s your girl! She’s awesome ??
I’ve been blessed to be a patient at El Sheikh dental. From the cleanliness of the clinic, to the friendly staff, the care they show, the phone call reminders I receive, to the patience they have with payments have been nothing but fabulous. Thank you for all the hard work and care you’ve given me. I can’t thank you enough ??

I have used her services for fillings, root canals and also got two implants done through her referrals. She is very polite, methodical and discusses the procedure before undertaking it. My entire family are her patients. She has a wonderful staff and Lily is my favorite hygienist. The staff at the front desk are very professional and polite and provide for reminders for upcoming appointments. It was very heartening to see that during the COVID period, they really took so many precautions and kept safety paramount, while continuing to provide for exemplary service to their clients. I have recommended many to her and they all have been very happy with the care and service that they received. Highly recommended.
