He was very helpful in directing me to which brands would be best for her. Highly recommend him if your looking to switch brands or any information about the food! Thanks Austin

This helps reduce waste in the landfills and allows me to save some money (having 3 cats, a bag of food doesn't last long!)

The staff here will answer all your questions and redirect you to the right product. They are also pretty understanding if you run into a situation! Wonderful customer service.

Taylor and Austin are very knowledgeable and provide exemplary service, advice and suggestions. They are sometimes short staffed and wait times may be longer, but I attribute this to the ongoing pandemic that had affected us all equally. Despite this I've received quite good service. Kudos to all the staff and managers. Keep up the good job!

Informing us the pro and cons of each item and not pushing for very costly items. She explained the pros/cons of both cheap and expensive. She also went out her way to make sure our (human) child was comfortable with other animals that were there.

The staff always are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you get what you needed. The most recent time I was there for a sale item they ran out of the one I wanted, but a very nice young lady named Rowena offered me a rain check for the item. I was very happy with her nice offer. I found her to be so thoughtful and kind. Thank you for being so kind!
