β β β β β Kathleen is a gem and so knowledgeable about all things birdy. She is happy to chat and offer recommendations - you can tell she really cares for all feathered friends! This is a wonderful place to stock up on anything your bird needs - from toy parts, toys, bowls, to perches, cages, quality seed and pellets, treats, they have it all, and reasonably priced! If they don't have it in stock they will try to get it for you quickly. Great little place and my little parrotlet and I are so happy to have found it!

β β β β β Kathleen is very knowledgeable and excellent for educating myself who is a new bird owner. She showed me all the options and better choices. The store has a wide selection of natural or organic options for birds to live healthier and enjoy their food as well.
Only wish they would accept the credit card option. Would highly recommend this store

β β β β β Kathleen is completely awesome. Super knowledgeable. Goes above and beyond to accommodate. I showed up there once just after they closed despite my best efforts and she was kind enough to let me in and on top of that, took her time to go over questions without making me feel (rightfully) rushed.
She provides a viral service to us parrot people and we should try our best to keep her in business for the long run. Buy from here instead of other big box stores.
The bird food is all high quality and sooo much selection. One of the few places that cater to macaws and larger parrots
