He loves everything we bought him, and I love knowing that what we are using was made in Canada. I would highly recommend purchasing your pet toys and other needs here! I will definitely be buying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Canada Pooch Rain jacket as it was out of stock at Canada pooch but said in stock on this website. They ended up not having the orange rain jacket which was fine, the shop owners clarified if I wanted a different colour or model. I opted to go with a different model that was black that I was told had no lining like the one I intended to purchase. Once the product arrived I realized it had a fleece lining which was a disappointment as I already have a winter parka for my golden and I specifically had asked prior to getting a replacement shipped due to my product being out of stock. The owners were great and sent me a return label since it was a mistake on their end right away. However, after returning it literally the same day it took 15 days to even receive a refund. I had to contact the shop myself and to get it executed on right away. Very disappointed with my overall experience and lack of customer service when a mistake was made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't find a raincoat big enough to fit my Great Pyrenees, then I contacted Head2Tail. They had a 36 inch raincoat that covers my dog perfectly. The service was amazing, the price reasonable and the product above average. I would highly recommend Head2Tail and will be buying from them in the future.
