She's very professional and honest and would take her time to perfect her work every time. Won't trust nobody else with my SMP besides her. There's a reason why she is fully booked all the time. She knows what she's doing. Honestly wish I knew about her sooner. Would do it all over again if I had to. Thanks again Shirley and Staff!

I like that Shirley is honest and authentic during my first consultation. She asked questions to make sure that our vision is aligned. I also feel the freedom to share my insights and share photos of what I wanted to achieve. Our open conversation helped managed both of our expectation and gave us the opportunity to work together in achieving the result we both wanted. Honest disclaimer: SMP can be quite painful depending on your pain tolerance. I happen to have low pain tolerance on my last session of SMP and Microblading but I admire Shirley and Paul's patience on me and both treated me with respect. They made me feel comfortable through their friendly gestures. The clinic is so clean, so posh and very relaxing. I love the music too! When the time was right I started researching different service providers. I didn't have to look far as when I came across Unyozi's page I felt that the professionalism was what I was looking for. I booked a consultation and Shirley was very thorough in explaining the procedure and was able to book me in shortly after. I had 3 sessions and the results exceed my expectations. From the first session I knew that I made the right decision. Shirley was prompt, professional, thorough and I am so much more confident in wearing my hair. Her team is also to be commended as they are quick with responses and very accommodating to schedule changes. While you are waiting for you appointment they are also very hospitable and make you feel comfortable right away. Shirley and her team deserve 5 stars for the life changing results as well as the customer service!
