M	Michael Ru on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really low quality service with rude staff. Waited an extra ~20 minutes (pickup up 8:54, waited until 9:13) after ordering online, during off hours. Staff did not say a word during the wait and tried to avoid any eye contact, pizza itself was mediocre at best.
S	Salvatore C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a typical pepperoni pizza. It tasted like I was eating just bread with pepperoni. There was hardly a trace of sauce of cheese on the pizza. Felt incredibly cheap on there end and ended up throwing half of it out. I will not be ordering from them again. I encourage you all to consider a different location or pizzeria entirely.

I've recently started coming to this location and have only had the pleasure of being helped by James 2 times. But that was more than enough to know that he is a shining example of what customer service should be. He's got a great attitude and is super helpful. James, I hope they see this and give you a raise. You deserve it.

S	Stephen M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt nostalgic after growing up on Pizza Nova Panzerottis as a kid. Ordered one and Pizza Nova dropped the ball/standards. It was a panzerotti with double cheese, pepperoni, mushroom, and soppressata. As a kid, these panzerotti's used to be well made and filled with toppings. What I got was a popped panzerotti with barely any toppings, hardly any cheese (despite ordering double). It sucks as this location is beautiful and almost like a flagship location, but the quality is not great food wise. Disappointed in Pizza Nova's clear drop in standards and quality. Photo attached as it came popped with sparse toppings. It tasted how it looked, like pizza crust with barely any cheese or meat.
A	Ai Chang De Jesus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience, the customer service was amazing, they are very helpful and it was my first time trying Pizza Nova, and it was the bomb. Definitely recommend this place, and definitely will be back. I felt like the aura of the place was light and friendly.
