★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uber order took 3 hours to prepare. 3 HOURS!! I tried calling at least 15 times but not once did they pick up so I had to ask my delivery person (3rd driver) to go inside and ask. Turns out they accidentally gave my order to someone else - how does this even happen? No apology whatsoever. I've used Uber Eats thousands and thousands of times but this is by far the worst experience ever. Never eating at Burger Priest ever again. You guys just lost a lifetime customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original priest cheese burger is like ordering a child’s cheeseburger. For 15 for the combo and barely any meat go else where. So many more better burger joints in Pickering giving you more value for your money which are so much better! Paying for the “name” here Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, as this was my first time at this Burger's Priest location. Amazing food and the staff was even better during my time at this location compared to other locations. I'm definitely going to come back here from now on when I get the chance.

The fries are very disappointing. Tiny cuts and overly greasy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great burger joint. I have been to several locations and the quality has always been great. Food quality is up there with 5 guys which is probably my favourite burger but this is right up with 5 guys quality wise. Will definitely go back and I would recommend it!
