I called to ask for an appt for the clinic as we have yet to find a dr here and he just needed prescription filled that he’s been on for years! The dr didn’t listen at all and asked questions that made absolutely no sense. Pre appt I asked reception if they needed his file so he could get prescriptions filled and they said it will be fine because it’s all online now which is great for this situation but this doctor wasn’t even listening and barley spoke enough English to be understood. We will never go back to this clinic and I will continue to spread awareness to other people so they don’t waste their time going here.

We'll they weren't sent to my pharmacy they don't answer their phones it goes straight to saying it s out of service and now they are closed until Monday this has got to stop!!! People are sick and your miserably failing your patients!!! Your a family doctor's office get it together over there unbelievable my doctors always gone on a holiday even now like what is happening over there so disappointing!!! And if you say your going to send a prescription send it!!!
J	Jessica Crawford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had always had great experiences at this clinic. Dr Khabuli is great, i love her. I had to come in a few weeks ago and Dr Khabuli was away. I saw whoever the walk in Dr was that day. I had just recovered from a very very severe sinus infection and then developed double vision. Couldnt drive, couldnt work, couldnt see more than two feet away from my face without everything turning double. The walk in Dr said "you seem perfectly healthy to me. You should just go home and rest and in a couple days im sure it will clear up." Yea, turns out i had a blood clot in my head the whole time. Dr didnt even try to suggest anything to help, didnt refer me to an opthamologist, didnt say i should see someone else. Nothing. Just go home and rest. Really really ruined my whole feelings on this clinic.
C	Cole Richardson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never suggest this clinic. As most times they turn you away. I have gone when there has been 3 hours left in the day and they refused me. I have been refused multiple times for many reasons like the Sr didn't want to see me. Or not enough time left in the day 3 hours before they closed. The two times I have been to see a dr about re occuring headaches and pain the drs told me they didn't know what it was and if it continues to come back just to get the same answer from another dr a week later. Not sure they are actually drs there at all.
V	Valerie Sparrow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband, who is a senior citizen, fell after our recent ice storm. He went in as a walk In and we received fantastic service. After getting x-rays, we found out that he had severe bruising in his chest which was causing a lot of pain. Just breathing hurt. It was recommended that he not move because every little movement just aggrieved the bruising and caused additional pain. 4 days later he had to fill out short term disability forms for his employer. We were able to receive the forms electronically, fill out the forms electronically, send them to the doctor so he could fill in his portion electronically, but we could not pay for them electronically. How ridiculous! In this day and age with Covid. So against medical advice we had to dust a foot of snow off the vehicle, go to a atm to get cash because that is all they accept, then drive to spruce grove to pay to have these forms sent. This experience tells me the management is either out of touch with its patients or they are cheap and won't pay for a machine. I am positive we are not the first patients that have had to pay to have forms filled out. We are paying good money and the managers or owners don't even care about the health of their own customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves!

I have been having health problems for over 2 years now that I haven't gotten ANY answers for. My old GP was not listening to my concerns, refusing to send me for tests, telling me everything was just anxiety. I didn't feel heard or listened to at my old clinic, which is why I made the switch to Tri Wellness. And I am beyond happy. My first appointment I started to explain everything I have been through the last year and Dr. Khalid immediately started sending off referrals to specialists for me (something my old doctor NEVER did), he went through every single result of every single test I've gotten done in the last year and a half, and he is so kind, patient and helpful. I left the clinic in tears that day - HAPPY tears - because I felt so HEARD and so LISTENED to and that my concerns were valid and finally being taken seriously. Not only that, but the front desk staff are so helpful and kind, they have called to check in on me and ask if I have gotten calls from the specialists yet and asking if they can help with anything or if I need them to send in another referral etc. I seriously am blown away by how amazing I am treated by the doctors and staff here, I have never in my life felt more validated and heard and CARED about by a doctor before. 10/10 recommend.

My 5 month old baby has been crying and unsettled from what I thought was pain. I have been to emerge, pediatrician and GP and nothing came of it. Today, she was the worse she had been so I called the clinic to ask if they were taking walk-ins. They told me to come right away. When I got there, I barely waited 5 mins and I was in the room with the nurse (who was extremely friendly and caring). The doctor walked in, friendly, compassionate and empathetic towards my daughters cries. He acknowledged her discomfort and thoroughly assessed her (like head to toe). He then said she has ear infection to both ears and that's where all this pain is coming from. I swear I wanted to cry in there because I felt like mine and my daughters feelings were being validated and something actually came of it. As much as it sucks her having this ear infection, my momma heart is happy. So I just wanted to say that I appreciate you more than you think. - one sleep-deprived momma.

The staff were friendly and approachable. And I was in and out in 15 mins. The pharmacy was a little slow in delivering but overall it was a great experience.
