β β β β β Not a very big mall, but I still enjoyed walking here and see what there's to offer. I love mango diamond slush, so I bought one. There's a Prestoa here, but apparently it's not showing up on the map, so FYI. There's also a small area for performances next to the food court. Anyways, it was pleasant. =)

β β β β β Recently I had visit this office, reception said i am no longer the patient of this office. The reason is my file is in inactive. I am tell the reception , I was left Canada few years and just come back for few months, reception tell is one's file in inactive doctor will reopen the file and I need to looking another doctor. It is unbelievable, it is doctor idea or reception idea.

β β β β β Be prepared to wait as long as 2 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor. Reception staff is the rudest Iβve ever seen. Doctors refer you to a specialist for every little thingβ¦

β β β β β This review is on the front desk staff only and does not reflect on the doctors. I dropped off my wife for an appointment while I was parking my car. By the time i was done and walked out, I got yelled at for entering without permission.
I explained to them I was her husband and they refused to listen and told me to call... Ridiculous

β β β β β I called this place this morning in need of a doctor to run a test. Before I could get my question out if my mouth the secretary immediately cut me off and kept repeating " No, No,No " whilst I was finishing off my question. I waited for her to finish state that they are not accepting new patient which i can appreciate and then told her you are very rude. I am a nurse and work directly with patients and being in the receiving end of heatllth care is exactly what is wrong with this center. Highly unprofessional especially when people are seeking assistance for possibly urgent and dire medical attention. Shame on you and your clinic. This speaks volumes to your principles and the care that you will provide to those who do come to your office.
