★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the Birthday Party for my 4 year old at Aerials Gymnastics. Amazing amazing! The service was incredible. The coaches were fabulous (Sage and Mcenzie) kept the kids safe while having loads of fun (these were all young kids and they did a great job). I also had to reschedule the first party as my daughter got sick and they were very understanding and accommodating. I will do this again for future birthdays. If you want a great indoor facility for a party this is a great choice hands-down.

I started going to this gym at their old location and thoroughly enjoyed my experience there (when I was much, much younger).
Fast forward 20 years and my daughter and I started going when she was about 13 months at their new location in spruce grove.
We initially started going for their drop in program (which is FANTASTIC) especially for moms looking to get their littles out of the house and play.
We then joined their recreational programs (September will be our second season) and my daughter, now 3, is hooked.
She asks all the time when she can go to gymnastics and cannot wait to start again.
The teachers are knowledgeable, engaged and wonderful at what they do. The gym is clean, organized and runs a great program. I’m hoping my daughter can go to playschool here as well as I’ve heard so many good things about that as well.
Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed from the front desk personnel to several of the programs offered to the public. Don't waste your time with this establishment. It appears to be tailored towards a select group trying to subdivide with sub par community programs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good set up for the kids to learn gymnastics safely and fun. The instructors take the kids through the skills and take time explaining the movements etc. The outfits are really expensive if you want to get them there and there is also two birthday parties rooms. Despite them teaching you they still require you or buy your own insurance as they likely don’t have business insurance so I’m not sure why they would risk the liability without having their own insurance oh and don’t forget your socks lol.
